Bruges

“Is this train going to Bruges or Brugge?” I asked, unclear why both were listed on the train’s schedule.  The man looked at me confused.  I eventually learned that they are, in fact, the same city.  Bruges is the spelling in French and Brugge is Flemish, the two most common languages in Belgium.
