From SIngapore, we island-hopped to Bali.  We spent most of our time in Ubud, one hour and fifteen minutes north of hectic Denpassar, the capital city.

In Ubud, you can’t help but absorb some of the serenity that radiates from the people and the land.  The tranquil atmosphere is derived from a combination of the lush tropical climate, Buddhist culture, mossy shrines and temples, and zen-like rice terraces. Continue reading
